Tried to update and its stuck

Tries to update in settings and on stuck trying to update but it is not doing anything help please

My cuzin does but no I wasn't I took it bacc to metro since it was a hardware malfunction in the first 30 days so I'm waiting on the new one and the Guy at thee store said it was bricked during the sw updats

Ohh ok-that sucks though. There is root and recovery for it now too if you didn't see

Oh he told me later on he took the battery out while it was updating so he was the one that did it lol
