Default Wi-Fi Always On

Is there anyway to keep he wi-fi on instead of going off after the screen goes to sleep? I've tried a few apps in the play store but nothing seems to work.

In the wireless menu, click menu button and select when you want it to sleep. There should be 3 choices.
