Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me... I bought a straight talk merit from someone on craigslist . When I got it home I noticed no bars on it when my husbands picks up fine here then I got to looking. When I go into about phone then status it says network unknown, signal strength 0dbs 0asu mobile network unknown, mobile network state disconnected... does anyone know what is going on with it? Is it fixable? If so how? Thanks in advance

I'm gonna assume you're not in airplane mode. Did u try your sim in your husbands phone?
