Cool Phone not ringing or displaying missed calls

Hi All
I've had my ZTE Warp for a little over a month, had no problems until recently and just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

Lately my phone has not been ringing when some calls come in. It isn't all calls and it isn't all the time but it seems to be happening more. What is also odd is that when my phone doesn't ring and a voicemail is left it doesn't even show up as a missed call at all.

I've also noticed that my 3g and signal bars will often be white and reception is not something that I have ever had an issue with at all before with Boost.

This is troubling to me because I am missing some fairly important calls and this NEVER happened with my Prevail.

Some things I have done since realizing my phone often doesn't ring etc are..pulled the battery while the phone is powered on..reset my profile and prl and none of this has made any difference.

Any ideas??

TIA,
Bren

Do you shut down your phone often? Try pulling the battery out for a couple of minutes to see if it will reset.

I'm pretty sure its a problem related to Boost mobile's service. I'm still using my motorola rambler for the rest of this month before i switch to my warp, and i experienced this problem just a few days ago.

Default Phone does not ring and displays missed calls

I have the same problem from the end of December 2011. I use this phone for business as a computer and phone repair service so this is a huge issue.
Some client I recommended this phone to are having similar problems as well.

Let us know if you find a solution.

Has this issue been resolved? I know it's not a network issue because I'm a Public customer in Canada, running Warp Cream Sandwich and having the same issue.

I think it might have something to do with RootDim because that's when it started happening.

I'll just go back to a stock Publicmobile rom, seems like Boost roms are not designed for my phone. What a shame, everything works perfectly except it will ignore sms and calls when the LCD is off.

I'm having the same issues on and off, running stock BO8c. Rooted and cwm installed. I think it's a network issue. Dont know though.

Having sort of the same problem only with my moms phone. We both have warps. She's on stock, Im on noob IV and whenever I try to call her, it goes direct to voice mail and vice versa. Only happens with our phones. I can call the home phone and get through no problem :/

I'm glad I am not the only one with this issue. I went back to a stock Public Mobile ROM and the issue happens a lot less now but if my phone is left alone for about 2 hours it might stop reacting to calls and sms again, so I have to check it periodically just incase. Hope they come up with a patch for this one day.

As I posted , I was having a problem where I couldn't call my mom whenever I tried to call her. It would ring once and then go to voicemail. She could call me with no problem.

I ended up factory restoring and reflashing the rom I had (noob) and that problem went away. So many you might want to try the same and see if that works?

It's a sneaky problem with the warp... it always comes back after a while... the trick is to wipe dalvik once a week... and to be specific, the problem happens about a minute after the screen is turned off when the phone enters "deep sleep"

Exactly, I wipe my dalvik at least once a week and it seems to fix the issue......
