I've been without my phone for a week now, because my phone stopped vibrating. Fortunately I have a prevail to use while ZTE fixed my phone. I cant wait for my Warp. Send your phone in now! It's better sooner than later.

I was upset about that also. I wanted ZTE to send me a new phone. I even tried to get the guy at the Boost store to replace it but I had no luck with that. It sucks but you should send ZTE your phone.

It isn't magic. You have to follow protocol to get your phone repaired/replaced. In this case that means either returning to the distributor you bought it at for a replacement/refund or sending it to ZTE for repair.
Technology is imperfect and it s not unusual at all these days to get a faulty "new" item. And it doesn't matter who makes em, they can all break.

Danny, I'm not sure if you are aware of how you sound to everyone in here that reads what you post. But my advice to you if you wish to get help from the people in this forum, is to think about how you want to say something in a nice way if you wish to get a nice response back. We the people of this forum are not responsible for your phone getting messed up or any problems you may have had, we are here to help you. and we will help you if you try and be aware of what you are saying. we don't want to see you upset or anyone else for that matter. as for your phone. if you go back to where you got the phone from and tell them what has gone on with it, Im sure they will try to help you as long as you are a calm customer and not throwing the F bomb around the store. If you cant get any help that way then just post exactly what your phone is doing or not doing and I'm sure someone in here will try to help you, as long as you are polite, again... We all rely on each other to figure out the problems that we have. and it is better to talk with a person who is calm rather than someone who is upset at a clerk. I hope this helps you to understand how to get help in the future without being harassed.

your phone may keep restarting if you try to run to many widgets and programs at the same time, or it may just be a case of some programs still being stuck in the memory of the phone. try to use a widget to clean the mem out.
as for the music playing all by its self, try to uninstall the app that you use unless it is a app that came with your phone. then you may need to try and find an app on the market that will freeze apps for you. Like Titanium backup. (Which has to be used with the phone being rooted.) If your phone is not rooted then hopefully someone on here will help you to find a app that will work.
and for the talking thing, maybe you need to find an app like (android assistant) which will let you adjust the volume of allot of things inside your phone. try to go and see if one app is messing with another on your phone, by seeing whats loaded and running inside your setting. if none of this helps then you may have a defective device from the factory, which means you will have to try and get it replaced. you may have to wait just like everyone else does. I hope this helps you.

The alternative is to pay an extra $50 a month to Verizon or AT&T for the same thing, and hope that their customer service is better. I don't recall either one as being very good, but presumably they're offering a little better service for double the price.

Call boost and demand a refund or exchange. As long as you bought it from them and not a third party they should accept it. If possible get a refund then use the money to buy the transform ultra and see if you have better luck with it. Or wait for the new lg coming to boost.

Please let us know the results, when you get your phone back (and, a week later!)

Thanks!

I got my phone back today. It's seems that they gave me a new one because the MEID numbers are different than the one I sent back. Vibrate works. Anyone having problems with it vibrating while pushing keys?

Is there no setting for vibrate when dialing? I have mine set up to vibrate when texting and all that, but I can't find any dialer settings?

Are you using the stock keyboard?

Edit: I found the text vibrate. I have Go Dialer/contacts and if you press menu and go to settings then dial settings, you could turn vibrate on.

Danny80,

Did you ever get your Warp fixed?
What happened?

I am having to send mine back for repair too.
Ear speaker went out and so did the mic.
After only 49 days of use. (scream)

I have never had any issues with cell phones until now.
(13 years of cellphoning under my belt, and not one issue until now! lol)
I guess "smart" phones are not that smart.
