Spend the extra money and get the new sequent your better off in the long run. Now people will say that the devs have made the warp more stable with roms and the kernel but if you don't feel like going through all that either the sequent, evo or S2 are better options IMO. My warp has had very few problems but there are alot of others who got shafted and got a bad warp. I hope I have helped to steer you in the right direction.
Like he said, I'd go with the Sequent, for $200. I just wouldn't chance it with original Warp, it's a toss up, you could get a diamond in the rough or the rough around the diamond. Lol.
I don't really know what you like to do with your phone (games or just Web surfing, etc.) but the Kyocera Hydro is a VERY reliable phone and you can find it cheaper online than it's already low retail price of $130. You get a stock version of ICS out of the box.

Agree, the warp is a great phone if you don't get one from a bad batch, many of us have very little if any problems at all and then there are the others. For the extra $100.00 its a safer buy and a better device. I myself will be buying the sequent for my daughter next month as a gift for her 12 th Birthday.

Although I've had a lot of problems with my Warp (and will probably never buy another ZTE product), I would say check the return policy. Maybe it will be a good price if you don't get a lemon. I think most return policies are up to 30 days, so play around and test it like crazy (get insurance too!). If it is good then you've made a great deal, if not bring it back and get something better....
I've had my Warp for about a month now. While I wish I had been able to get it for under $100 (thought I was getting a good deal then at abt $145 including tax) so far I have had no problems with it. Though I grant it I dont use it like a lot of others do just for basic phone, text and email. I will admit I wish the battery would last longer
Definitely worth 84 bucks. We have a really good dev community. Our custom Roms and kernels make the phone a true bargain. Your choice but for 84 bucks it's a steal

I have had this phone since they came out and the hardware is decent, the software gave us a run for our money but I think we are in a great place now and between those of us who are working on it it's only getting better by the day...
By it and install my rom (n00b) or one of the others and then see where it goes next... That's a hell of a deal for the phone, or any android for that matter

For $ 85.00 dollars I may buy another one just to test things on, or maybe I'll get a good one this time instead of the lemon I had. But, with root, custom roms, its running like a dream now. Custom Rom noob V.1 by Mr. Bobo.
Noob is the shiznit!
Its too early to buy a sequent.
Until it gets a good steady dev community...I'mma chill with my regular warp.
Plus somebody will prolly have it on sale by that time anyway.
So I'm gud!
I just watched a vid on the new warp
No sd card WTF!!
Battery probs. WTF!!
Boost version of ICS, WTF!!!
No camera button. WTF!!
No Gorilla glass WTF!!
ZTE engineers at their finest.
Switched the power button. WTF!!
Hi guys, this is my first post...even though i've been on these forums for months. I felt i needed to give my 2 cents.
I have been using cell phones since they were 4 pound bricks. I only recently jumped into Smartphones mainly due to my Hate of all things apple and i finally think Android was ready (This was a couple of years ago). I bought the Warp when it dropped to $104 I am very pleased, so far none of the scary issues. I am more than willing to root my phone if needed but i wanted to get the stock experience...although I have Go launcher and changed just about every stock app on it
This is Definitly a great deal but just dont expect you can compare to an SIII be realistic, net speeds will never be great but you can do just about everything a mid level phone can do in any other carrier BUT you are going to pay a whole lot less.
In conclusion it depends what you expect from the phone and what you expct out of the phone. If you want to brag you have the latest and greatest....well the door is that way ----->
