Default Looking for an upload site

Im looking for an upload site that will allow people to collaborate and amend changes to the files uploaded.

Ive got one on the Tip of my tounge ,really.cant quite *$*#& spit it out.

Anyone familiar with an upload site that will allow this?

Im wanting to upload a theme im working on and allow others to discuss and improve apon it further.

Yah, i guess that would work if i uploaded an extracted apk folder with all sub directories-files intact. does the public folder allow anonymous or granted upload?

4shared has a bigger storage and lets you edit zips that are in you list(to a certain degree)... the only down side to 4shared is that you have to have a 4shared account to download from a 4shared link...
