Default multiple issues.

So originally I bought the Venice but took it back after a week because there were huge problems with it, swapped and bought the ZTE. Now the first day I have it I think I made a mistake. For some reason the browser keeps closing out on me, and the phone is slow as all hell. (pardon my language) massive ram usage on stupid worthless applications. Looked at the root forum and it seems like there's still issues with that right now. Am I the only one having these problems?

I suppose you can buy a zte warp og and within an hour root, rom and oc the warp and have a better and faster phone then the stock Venice and sequent.

Hey, junkie's not kidding... The work he, Shinru, and the other developers here have made some wicked ROMs and fixed a LOT of issues that were many ppl's concern and have modded/decked out this cheap phone turning it into a super fast beast (with decent battery)! WHOO!! Try out the Shinjitsu, and it seems Dizzle may hay something up his sleeve for us soon. Of course don't forget The awesome CWM that made all this possible too (saved my butt quite a few times during moments of "oops!). I was scared at first like many ppl but it has been all worthwhile. Really. Check it out, leave a comment and the thanks these hard working ppl deserve.

Default warp sequent issues.

I purchased this phone a little over a month ago and I am having a lot of trouble downloading things. Like when I am searching through google images and I see a funny picture, I will click to save image and the phone immediately says download unsuccessful. This goes for music and videos also. If I try it in Chrome it will just crash. A lot of my apps crash as well like facebook frostwire etc. If i root my phone will it fix this or is there anything else i can do?

well the reason the ota update froze it is because it was expecting to find the stock recovery, obviously it didnt... youre options are to either go back to stock recovery at least untill the update is complete, use a cwm compatable version of the b09 update found in the all things root section, or use a custom rom, also if you are trying to factory reset from within the os that may give the same results, if you want to factory reset the phone do it from within clockworkmod, it works just as well and it shouldnt freeze your phone

if you DONT have cwm though, i cant explain why it would be freezing apon reboot. if you are running all stock software that sounds like an odd issue and you might need to have it exchanged, zte is not well know for having solid software
