Default Score File Resources?

Howdy folks, I'm new to this whole tech savvy world here, so forgive me for my inevitable ignorance.

Guys, help me out. I've got a rooted ZTE Score that I've been using since the summer and I like it well enough, but there seems to be accumulation of some kind in the memory, to the degree that I've had to remove apps that I like to keep running others.

My question is, are there any resources for what programs and files are crucial for what functions of the Score so I can clean out what I don't need?

Thank yooo!
