Went to take a picture today and the option to use rear camera or flash disappeared. A flashlight app I use says the camera is busy. I can't find out anything about it. Please help.

Hi i would like to suggest you to reinstall flashlight app and if the issue remains the same, then do a master reset by going to Menu>System Settings>Backup & reset>Factory data reset and before doing the master reset, back up all the datas such contacts to SD card,then do a master reset that will fix the issue.
