Can anyone recommend me the best car dock/cradle for the desire.

Im quite tempted to buy this one, HTC Desire Car Pack Reviews & Comments

I have the car kit from MobileFun and overall I have been happy with it for the past few months however the last week has seen my Desire take a tumble to the floor of my car whilst driving. NOT GOOD! Have a feeling this may be due to the good weather we are currently experiencing in the North West - not sure to be happy or not!

No in all seriousness for the price its fine b ut nothing special. Im still debating whether to get the official Htc one due this summer.

Im currently looking at getting one but i also have a protective case so the phone won't slide into a proper jobbie holder, looks like i'll have to get a universal one that attaches to the vents, what do you guys think?

I've got that very holder, although off the fleabay
It does what it's supposed to do, nowt special, nowt to right home about.

However it is a very loose fit, I've whacked a couple of mm's of foam on the spring loaded arm portion, 1 it protects the camera lens cover and 2 it makes it a much more snug fit
