Help How can I move the "mouse" on the Droid?

So the Droid is awesome, of course! But, I went to my favorite flash website, wiicade.com in which most games require some kind of mouse movement. However, touching the droid screen and moving makes the screen scroll. How would I be able to use it as a mouse?

For example, one of my favorite games on wiicade is a 3D missle escape game, where you are a missle and you have to avoid hitting walls. However, you would normally control your movement by mouse movements on a PC, or the Wii Controller on the console. But when I try to move my "mouse" on the incredible, it just moves the screen. Is there an app that can handle this? Or is it a just an impossibility due to the way the touchscreen system is designed?

The game I tried to play was the same way. In the stock browser you have to long press it and go full screen. Then the touch screen works the game. You can also pinch and zoom if full screen makes the game small like it did for me.
