EVO gets a number of fixes (especially screen grounding), DInc next?

So, the EVO got a nice big fix, that seems to address a number of issues, including system responsiveness and screen grounding issues (see post: http://androidforums.com/htc-evo-4g...1-1-21-43-mb-now-available-2.html#post1025927). Given that the EVO and Inc are so closely related, I can only imagine that the Inc will be following shortly, no? Perhaps there is hope for everyone ready to (needlessly) jump ship...

I would guess it is a tweak in the touchscreen driver - something that tells the hardware to behave differently, which thereby overcomes whatever the issue was.

No.. that one is obviously a short being created by one's conductive hand. This issue may only require a tweak in the sensitivity settings, or some other voltage settings, that can then overcome the issue. We have been calling it a grounding issue, without really know that it is cause by improper grounding at all.

Must be. That sounds to me like more of a workaround than a fix though.
