Educate a NOOB, what is "leak"???

OTA = over the air........ the normal method for receiving updates......

before the 2.1 update actually went OTA...... there were some leaked versions that got out....... people without patience downloaded the leaked versions of 2.1........

and now EVERY one of them whole heartedly regrets it

No I don't. I'm fine with my leak V3.

That's not true. I am very happy with V3. Don't have any of the bugs that others, including OTA have. I don't care about root. So I DO NOT regret it.

Since the 3rd Leak was actually the OTA, the only possible regret that anyone can have about using a leak, is that they cannot achieve root access. That being said, most, if not all, of the leakers who applied the leak AFTER version 1 was released did so knowing that the Eris had already been rooted. So we decided to leak vs. root.

So, I have no regrets on v3.

OTA = Official release
Leak = Unofficial release
