If you've been following the "iPhone to Verizon" saga at all over the past few months, you should know that two unnamed sources cited in a single report hardly constitutes anything remotely "official"...

i'm excited as heck about the iphone coming to Verzion... why you ask? wel i work for verizon and i get paid for every phone i sell and any time someone adds data and if they get it then i'll sell a ton of them and a ton of ppl will add data.

will i get one? HECK NO!!!!!!! NEVERRRRR!!!!!!!! i'll use my money to buy more droid phones

Could somebody atleast MENTION the Droid Incredible...you are in the Incredible section of ANDROID forums.

On a side note, I hope that if by some miracle the iPhone does come, they institute some sort of iDiot surcharge (like the horribly insulting $10 advanced data rate Sprint charges evo users). I don't want my data rates to skyrocket because of all of Steve Jobs groupies using up all the data I'm paying for.

But competition and openness are good things. They'll drive cell phone provides, makers and programmers to innovate (well sort of, iPhone's haven't been innovative in years). But it'll help push Android forward.
