I have to ask because I had the same high pitched squeal and people unable to hear me but a factory reset 100% fixed it. Did you do the factory reset through the booted phone menus or in recovery? Did mine in recovery, wiped everything 2x and started from scratch.
Not really a problem, but you cant dial the ##codes because when you click dial, call confirm comes up, and you don't get to the menu, once you disable it, and then try again works fine.

Only problem I have had was a couple of times I was unable to receive a phone call.. when I would answer the phone, all I would hear was a high-pitched squeal, and no one could hear me--- same thing would happen when I would try to call out.
A simple restart fixed it the two times it happened.. but it's been good for over a month now, so maybe it's fixed.
Only problem... so far: occasionally the optical track ball will spaz out and start scrolling around the home screens or whatever app I am running at the time. Usually placing my finger over the optical sensor for a few seconds fixes it though.

I had that happen to me the other day. It was the first and only time it happened. I pulled the battery out while it was on, booted it back up and it has worked great since. I think it was a Verizon issue because friends i talked to noticed their signal bouncing around in that area. The phones were 2 Moto Droids, Droid ERIS, Blackberry Tour, Incredible, and an Envy 3.

No Problems as of yet.
Me actually typing this better not start any problems...
Got to go, need to find some wood.
Update:: Reading back over other issues I noticed a stock camera issue others posted with it freezing after a picture is taken and sometime need to keep going in and out of camera before it starts working again.

No problems other than mad battery drain even with 1750 mah battery, screen goes nuts once in a while, think it has to do with the joystick. Call quality and dropped calls

Problems: Back panel squeaking*
* NOTE: I've had the phone since early May and today is the first day I noticed the squeaking. I have a 1500mAH battery that I've been using for about 2 weeks now and I just put the stock battery back in, so I'm thinking that's the cause. - the 1500 is a little thicker than the stock battery so I think the back panel gets bent ever-so-slightly and no longer fits properly with the stock battery in place.
