Old enough to remember playing Space Invader's at a bar/cafe that my dad dragged me too(1979). Old enough to remember cutting school (7th grade) on the day the Challenger perished(1986). Old enough to remember dreaming of having a pager during high school(87-89?) and old enough to remember dreaming of having a Moto Micro-Tac during college(early 90's):D

Believe it or not, come to think of it, this is only my 7th cell phone:p:D

Moto Micro-Tac
Moto Micro-Tac Elite
Nokia 8160
Moto RAZR
Moto RAZR 2 (big time POS, used for a month)
Nokia E71
.and finally, my new N1;)

39 and using ATT.

Anybody remember NYNEX mobile in NY? I recently found an old NYNEX cell bill from the mid 90's and was shocked at how expensive it was. Holy crap, I think it was something like $40-50 for a 40 minute plan!

I'm 31, bought my phone direct from Google in March so I guess that's the T-Mobile version, usually can be found in UK but my job can take me anywhere. Normally I Have a vodafone 30 day contract sim in but at the moment on Oman mobile sim card.
Particularly loving the wireless tethering feature at the moment.

But at the moment mostly looking forward to returning to UK on Tuesday where I can devour a Bacon sandwich or 3!

Heck, I'm old enough to remember New York Telephone Company (moved from California to New York City in very early 70s) ;) I remember using pay phones when beating the sidewalks for work. This was when pay phones a) worked b) mostly had phone books, at least in the good neighborhoods and c) were on almost every corner. Pocket full of dimes (yes, dimes) was "mobile phone" in those days.
