Help Flash doesn't work on Dolphin HD Browser

I've been using the stock browser and it's been playing flash content fine. I just installed Dolphin HD browser but for some reason it's not loading any flash content on any site... Anyone have any ideas why not?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting as well. I'm out of ideas. The stock browser still works though.

I'm on FRF91, non-rooted.

I've noticed the same thing which brings me to this next question. Is the N1 native browser now the best one to use since it's now capable of displaying Flash videos? I used to use Skyfire and sometimes Dolphin but now it seems that the native browser works best.

Can anyone else comment on this or recommend the best browser to use for 2.2?

It works for me....

It usually shows a green ↓ which clicking it plays the video.

I can also go to speedtest.net and it loads and works.

Same here, started using the Dolphin last night as I'm just learning the pro's and con's of various browsers and I had the same results. The video starts playing after you click on the small green arrow icon that shows up in the middle of the flash vid screen.

I haven't had a chance to visit any other flash sites but the video part is def working for me.

In addition to the flash problems the update also disabled the ability to hide the notification bar so that you dont get screen burn. I emailed the dev and they emailed me back within the hour (talk about customer service!) saying they would fix these issues soon with another update. In the meantime I just downloaded an old 2.0.0 dolphin hd browser apk file and use that instead without updating. Another great option is the browser Xscope. Probably the fastest browser on the market in my opinion but the multitouch isn't as good as dolphin which is why I just downloaded an old version of dolphin instead...

Flash works fine with Dolphin HD and FRF91 (2.2 / Froyo). The default is the little green arrows, so Flash starts when you touch the arrow - giving you control not to start Flash ads or heavy-Flash pages. But you can change that.

This green arrow business appears to be a 2.2 thing, nothing to do with Dolphin HD. It is controlled by the System browser setting (i.e. not a dolphin setting). Go to Settings -> System Settings ->Enabled Plug-ins
Choices are 'Always on' / 'On Demand' = green arrows / 'Off'.

So it is all good here, move along :)

The new version of Dolphin HD can set the Flash to ON Demand. So you can view flash anytime u want by pressing on the little arrow.

I think Flash ON Demand is set on default in Dolphin HD settings
