Help Not receiving MMS

I am currently using Handcent SMS and lately I haven't been receiving any MMS's that are being sent to me. Is this a phone issue or should I contact At&t?

Is handscent Froyo compatible? If not, it could be an app issue.

So I have been on the phone with At&t multiple times and they have told me that there systems is working and everything should work and that something might be wrongw with my phone.

If I send a picture to myself I receive it, but I have asked a friend with an Iphone to send me a picture and I don't get it, and I asked someone running a BB on verizon and I don't get. Anyone have any suggestions? I am wondering if this happened after I upgrade to froyo.

Try uninstalling Handcent and see if you can still get the pictures/SMS. Sounds like it's Handcent. If the error still presist with stock SMS, do a factory reset.

I think I found the issue! Can someone please go to settings->Wireless & network settings->Mobile networks->Access Point Names->*Click on your APN*-> and tell me what it says under MMS Port?

Mine currently says <Not Set> and that might be the problem.

mine says <not set> aswell.. try the stock only.. can you send pictures ok?

Thanks for the responses guys. The google tech support tried another setting for the proxy and port and nothing worked. Very frustrating. I did have a bunch of people text me pictures and the results were a bit confusing:

1. Nothing from At&t came through (this was coming from an iphone 4)
2. If a picture was sent alone on a verizon phone (BB Tour) it wouldn't come through, it did come through a few times if text was also with the picture message.
3. Pictures from t-mobile (BB curve, old one) came through.
4. At&t tech sent a picture which came through 10 minutes later, another At&t tech sent a picture and it came through as a "play" around which when pressed would play a black screen for a few seconds.

Also, Roze, the tech had me clear out some caches from messaging app, he even had me uninstall Handcent and then told me to install it to try it, nothing worked.

The better question is how many factory resets I have done on the phone , the answer is probably 3 in the past two days.

i'm from Canada - my bff was on Koodo with a LG Optimus One, my boyfriend on Telus wit a Samsung Galaxy Fascinate and I have an iPhone 4 on Telus.
Best friend couldn't send/recieve pictures from anyone, boyfriend and I can't send/recieve pictures from eachother?
