Android Forum App

Please excuse this question since I am new to Smart Phones, but is there an App made to help navigate and post on this forum with my new Incredible phone? For instance my newspaper has an adroid app, Morningstar is planning on an adroid app as well. Is there one or does one already exist for this forum?

I just find it cumbersome to come to this site on my phone, have to zoom in, and then attempt to press the small navigation buttons on the site. Please tell me there is an easier way. I love browsing this forum and just want it to be a bit easier to navigate on the droid.

Thanks in advance!

TapaTalk works very well and is used by many people. The paid version allows posting.

Thanks Tcope. I did realize that TapaTalk would work since I have seen that a few people have it in their signature. I was just curious if this forum had its own App. I am slightly surprised to find out that a forum dedicated to the ANDROID does not have its own Android App.

I think that it would be redundant, seeing as how Tapatalk exists. It's like asking why Disney doesn't make a TV just for watching their movies.

And don't let them know I suggested that, or they'll do it.

The difference Flu13 is that an App could be 1) free and 2) could be customized so that the presentation is much more appealing. After all instead of having a GMAIL app on our phones, we could all just cruise over to Google email on the web browser and do our mail. However that is cumbersome. The App makes it convenient and appealing to use GMAIL.

The same applies for this Forum. Sure we could browse it in our web browser or buy a generic app that will help us view this Forum. But wouldn't it be nicer to have a customized App that can alert us of new posts, follow threads, send us notifications of items of interest all in a package built to be read and edited on our Androids?

I mean this site is here to discuss the wonders of the Android system of phones. Shouldn't the site have its own Android App to further the cause?!

I never suggested that using the web browser was better.

I can see wanting it to be free. I've never used tapatalk and didn't know it was a paid app. And if that app doesn't have the ability to follow threads and all that stuff, then fair enough to want something different.
