best buy upgrade question

I am the primary line on my plan and i get an upgrade after being in the contract for a year through verizon. Would best buy be able to match this price even if it says i am not eligible for an upgrade through them or would i have to go to a verizon store to get the upgrade?

You would have to go to the Verizon store. We can see it on your account but we can't match the price. They do have a fee for it as well, and it goes against our "straight forward pricing" promise.

Call customer service and ask for an early upgrade authorization. May cost you $20 or something like that but then you can go to BB or anywhere else you want. I would recommend just going to the VZW store. They can usually give you a Deal on accessories and sometimes add everything to your bill so nothing out if pocket.

No.... best buy only sees the new2 upgrades...you cant use the early upgrade
