Picked up a good signal In Delaware the other day

I live just outside the 'reachable' boundaries of the 4G in Seattle so I don't get the signal at home (I also live in a heavily wooded rural type area) but if I drive about 12 minutes West (towards Seattle) I get a pretty strong 4G signal. Tested it last night and it was noticeably faster than the 3G.

I live in Kansas City and get 4G. Speed is so fast it's sick!!! Faster than my internet connection on my home computer!!! You click it and there it is. Pages load in half a second. For all the people waiting for 4G....It's totally worth it!!!

WTF??? I've seen a few reports of 4G in queens. I'm in queens and saw the 4G icon briefly for about 4 seconds once.

Hey guys, I work on the installs of 4G. As we install, we bring sites on air. But until the market has an official "hard launch" announcement, you cannot rely on that signal being there. The site(s) can be taken down for various reasons as part of the roll-out process. Also, based on many factors (permits, construction timing etc.), there may be an area that needs multiple sites to cover adequately, but only has one site on-air so far. So it will appear as terrible service, but it is just a fluke that there is any signal at all in that location.

I am from Rochester, I am actually the store manager of the Sprint store in Gates. I live in Greece, I have 4G service in my house, was also at 2 other homes in Greece and I had 1 bar of 4G service. We also get 1 bar at the Sprint store, but because of the building construction, it fluctuates between 1 & 0. Walk outside and I have 2 bars on my phone. It might take them a month to get some areas dialed in once people start using the 4G.

I am in Rochester, NY and am getting decent 4G signal in Henrietta, Fairport, and Pittsford. I have seen download speeds (using speakeasy website to test) of anywhere between 5-11 Mbps.

i get 1 bar of 4g at my house in weehawken nj, i get full bars when i am by the lincoln tunnel on the jersey side

The number of bars don't really mean a lot.
I have from 2-4 bars at home, and average around 700 kb/s most of the time.
How about some numbers with the Speedtest.net App.
Or, on Mobile Speed test

Shoot me is broken so I will type.

I have been in a few 4G areas...all I can say is wow.

Speedtest with zero and one bar is always over 400KB. My cable modem and the EVO on wifi puts me in the upper 300s.

dl 247 upload 43 kb .....yes


i did a speedtest while i was passing thru charlote and in 4g i got around 4mb dl speed and 3mb upload

my 3g 5 minutes away from the 4g is insanely slow
