There's a small letter at the plastic housing where battery sits. I have three Dincs and the first one showed "B" and the manufacture date is 05/04. The second one showed "C" and the manufacture date is 06/13. Min third one showed again "B" and the manufacture date is 05/08. I guess this is some kind of batch number.

Overall, batch "C" has the pink screen but better call quality. batch "B" has cooler color screen which I perfer, but the call quality is worse. As VZW rep told me they are working on the software fix for the call quality, I am not sure if I should keep the batch "B" one and wait for the fix or choose the "C" now with better call quality. Any idea?

I have an April manufacturing date, could you post a pic so I can find what you are talking about??

EDIT: I have B on mine to (you can also find it on the battery door). But to be more specific about the original location, it is under the FCC information on the right hand side.

Manu. Date: 4/6/2010 - No problems on the phone (don't have another one to actually compare call quality but I've never dropped a call, sent or received)
