Phone orders start tomorrow

Where do you see it available online!?

It is not available at tmob . I am not sure why this person said that. You could take your chances and pre-order from ghetto ass wirefly or letstalk (I'v tried to order from both of these companies and have had to cancel everytime because it tAkes Way too much time for them to process orders with the carriers, wirefly is famous for the 12 to 24 hour window to get carrier approval, by the time they get anything done the item you order is sold out; letstalk just plain lies about availability on their website) , but I meant orders direct from tmob.

Hi mrancier, in more cases than not, Wirefly is able to receive, gain carrier approval, process and ship orders within a matter of hours from the time the order is placed. In fact, 99% of orders placed before 7 P.M. on a given day (excluding orders for out-of-stock phones) ship that same day.

Sometimes however, for any number of reasons, the carrier may be unable to approve an order within their normal time frame -- causing a delay. Wirefly is only able to ship an order once it receives carrier approval, and until we receive this approval, the process is largely out of our hands.

By the way, who you callin' 'ghetto ass'? ;)

I have tried on three separate occassions to order from wirefly, all have failed in the same way. First, tried to buy a Droid for my wife. Order got stuck on carrier approval. Called in, they couldn't tell me what happened, but resubmitted it the order. They said it would take 12 to 24 HOURS!! In the digital age this is ridiculous. I waited 2 days...nothing. called and cancelled. Ordered the droid from Dell mobility, which uses the same fulfillment company as you, and guess what : Had the God Damn phone in my hands 24 HRS later. 6 weeks ago you guys had the Incredibles in stock. I figured i would give you a try. Same ****ing thing happened. Cancelled the order 32 hours later. Went to walmart the same day I cancelled and they had it in stock. Bought it, NO PROBLEM what-so-ever. Again, 3 weeks ago you guys were apparently sitting on some EVOs. Tried again since you seemed to be the only ones that did. Would you believe that your system kicked it out again ?. So there, your system hates me.

Also, you are ghetto because your outsourced CS has no clue. I mean I am hispanic, and I have an accent, but these guys are really hard to understand, and can't be real helpful with anything. I will say though, they at least try, they work cheap, but they try harder than letstalk. Those guys suck.
