Help Blurry Contact Photos?

Recently received my Incredible (FINALLY!). I synced my contacts from my old phone (Omnia i910) with google so I could download them onto the Inc. When I did, I also synced up some contacts with Facebook. But, it looks like several of the contact pics are blurry / pixelated. Some of them are the Facebook ones, while others are the Google synced ones. Anyone know how to fix this?

Also came from Omnia, had same problem. Had to put all my omnia pics on Inc then change the contact pic to the ones i moved over. When you sync your contacts it is a very tiny picture file that gets sync'ed with them, which is why they are blurry

But what if the image I want to use wasn't actually on my old phone?

I was using SPB Mobile Shell on my Omnia and it had the ability to pull anyone's Facebook photo and use it as the contact photo. But, it seems like on Android you can only use the person's current Facebook profile photo.

Any idea how to use a different one?

Have no experience with Facebook. Would say go to facebook and find pic you want to use and save it to phone. let me know if it works

I had to do it this way, but now I am having another issue...

When I go into a contact and pic a different photo than the facebook one, it will save it for a few seconds, then revert back to the facebook photo.

Do I have to remove the facebook link? If I do that, then I lose the facebook updates and stuff for that person. Seems like I should be able to keep it linked AND select a custom photo.
