So I picked up the Sprint Anycom FIPO bluetooth ipod dock adapter and it works great with my Incredible. Just received it today and tested it out with my car's ipod adapter. Streams great regardless how far apart my phone is from the adapter. I need to work out some kinks with the aftermarket ipod connection with regards to controlling track advance from my head unit, but otherwise, this is perfectly compatible. It was definitely smaller than I thought from the pictures online, but this isn't a bad thing.
Probably worth mentioning as well that on my first commute, I was having issues with the music stuttering once every minute or so. Turned off my wifi on the phone and it hasn't happened since. I'm guessing the wifi and bluetooth were interfering with one another (would make sense since they both operate in the 2.4GHz range).
