Sprint online photo album

Thank you for that URL. Unfortunately, no info on that site that was helpful as far as the Hero goes. I've had a lot of phones and never have had an issue with this. No one has answered this question, so I'm guessing I'm not the only one wondering how to upload my pictures to a Sprint album and how to access the Sprint album on the Hero.

Sprint's online photo albums and accounts have all been deleted as of last year (at least from what I understand). I remember getting text messages on my Touch about a year ago of Sprint advising to remove all photos that wanted to be saved, as Online Picture Storage was being disabled.

Now you have me freaking out so I will have to go check this, but I believe this to be incorrect. I think you are talking about the E-MAIL accounts, not Sprint Picture Albums.

Sorry to tell you but I had to check as I wrote this. The Pictures are still there. Just use the link given and if any problems exist like password, call Sprint and reset it.

I spoke to Sprint about this and they said none of the Droid phones include the picture albums at Sprint. You can still access them by that link on the browser but you cannot upload them from your phone's camera. You have to use Flickr or another program like that.

Interestingly enough, all of the Droid phones are also missing links to your online account access. Sprint also confirmed this.

As long as the number on the sprint picture mail account is the same as your current phone, you should be able to still access it. even in Google Chrome.

Go to the same site you were at, and click on the log in button...

SprintPictureMail1.jpg

or go directly to the site by clicking this link.

Then, enter your cell phone number and password to your picture mail account
(which I assume is your current password to sprint.com, then hit the log in button...

SprintPictureMail2.jpg

You will then be at the picture mail screen where all your previous images that you uploaded are.

Hope that helps.

well... interesting too. Another penny pinching move by Sprint. Why would they reduce functioning of better equipment? Anyway, you are correct. The account is still there but no longer a depository of sent and received pic's via mms. Lol, I'm pissed they do this stuff without telling you, but I'm on the fence whether it's a good thing or bad... some of those mms I had to DELETE if you know what I mean ;) lol...

Regards...
