After sawing people complaining over their battery life on Villainrom V12, i decided to make a thread on: How to improve my battery life on my hTC.
So, what should i do after i install my Custom ROM?
Every time you flash a new ROM you need to calibrate your battery. The battery meter in the OS (Android in this case) is generated based on the battery stats file. Battery stats is erased when you flash a new ROM.
So, to calibrate your battery you should try these steps:
First of, you should DRAIN YOUR PHONE and leave it with no power at all.
Leave it off and put it on charge. DO NOT OPEN IT!
When the green led is on, leave it for more 30 minutes to charge. AGAIN, DO NOT OPEN YOUR PHONE!
Now, boot on recovery mode and choose wipe battery stats.
Boot to normal
Done! Your battery is calibrated now.

Down here you will find some useful steps, made by BLUENOVA so credits go to him:
1. Go to Settings > About phone > System updates > Update PRL (it's normal that the phone process will force close at this point and the radio will reboot)
2. Go to your dialer
3. Dial *#*#INFO#*#*
4. Click 'Phone information'
5. Scroll down to the first dropdown selection and set according to your preference below
