Root What Kernal do you use and Why?

I use that FPS fix kernel version 3.6.2 on my epson screen.
I've netted average 50-55 fps on the app "fps2d", and home screen transitions are noticeably smoother.

Also it enables higher and lower clock speeds, though actual speeds are dependent on your individual cpu. Some people have different limits, mine is 128/1152 MHz.

BTW I'm running OMJ ROM v1.6.

Be careful what kernel you run. If it is a JIT kernel it will not run well on sense. If you don't use sense, that have at a JIT.

More often than not, I'd say go with a kernel that your favorite ROM dev came up with. I.E. I run Fresh ROM and a Fresh kernel. The combo is fantastic!!!

This is not necessarily true..

I run fresh rom with an overclock, undervolted kernel provided by him with bfs. I ALSO run JIT on it with NO problems. There are 2 things JIT doesn't play nice with. The HTC launcher, and the HTC lockscreen. Change those, and you're good to go.

Might I add great battery life with this kernel! I underclock when the screen is off though, which plays a big role I assume.

What did you replace them with?
