Help USB charging not charging at all

I got home at 9 PM and my battery was at 50%. I've had it connected to my PC in Charge Only mode this whole time. It's 12:37 AM and it is still at 50% charging.

Does this happen to anybody else??

It can happen to anyone if their USB ports are low powered. My wife's computer has USB ports that only provide 500mA. It takes forever to charge anything, and some devices, like her Zune it just can't charge at all.

On my computer the USB ports can provide 1A and charges my X without a problem while I'm syncing TV shows to it..

Swipe down your notification bar, you'll see a usb connect type, change it to charge only.
