Root How to flash custom ROMS and KERNEL over Unrevoked3

Since Im just an average Joe with all this android stuff i didnt wanna get to deep in the process of rooting my phone so I went with Unrevoked3,now since their claiming u can flash custom roms I was wondering if anyone knows how to accomplish this in a safe and easy way.

theres a app called ROM manager. u can download it from the market and download ROMs over the air to your phone.

first off welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i always not recommend using rom manager. it tends to be buggy, and i do not think that it wipes very well prior to installing roms. thus a lot of people have had issues with it. i would recommend that you do everything in recovery manually. that way you have a better understanding of how your recovery works. you never know when you cant boot up and all you have is your recovery. but that is just my opinion. if rom manager works for you, then you are good to go.
