Tired of using the same old home launcher program? Want something to add some
Yeah it looks great but you cannot use any of the HTC Widgets, clock, etc. So I passed on it. I use those HTC Widgets too much.
yeah launcher pro kicks ass! htc widgets are all replaceable with almost the same and or better ones. saves a good amount of system memory too.

Quick question about the icons - on iconfinder.com there are many sizes, does launcherpro resize them or do I need to download a certain size?

Have you tried the Smooth Calendar Widget? It syncs with your google cal. I cannot do without it, and it was one of the first things I installed as soon as I got my android. There's this one too, which seems to be free. I think I prefer Smooth calendar though, as this has more info than I would need at a glance.
