This is unbelievable. Totally false advertising. Twitter and Facebook hold weight today in terms of press releases... I think ATT really screwed up on this one big time!

Until now it was all speculation and hearsay from random people. This is the very first official pricing listing from the actual store. So now it's official.

At Walmart it is FREE w contract which also includes a free car charger, no activation fee and $229.99 w/o contract (no car charger). I just ordered mine and it will be here in 2 days. I called all the Walmarts near me but their cell phone dept. was not opened yet. I wonder how much it is at the store.

For anyone who actually BELIEVED the no-contract $349 price I will have my 3rd cousin in Nigeria contact you. He has $5,000,246.43 he needs to send out to the US. He'll give you 20% for handling it.

Have you EVER seen a phone with such a small delta between the contract and no contract price on ANY carrier no less a brand new "hot" release? There was never any OFFICIAL pricing released, it's all been tweets, peeps, poops and pops. Twitter and Facebook hold as much "weight" as the Iranian Information Minister.

I never believe anything At&t says, but I do believe that the price for FREE at Wal-Mart online (LetsTalk) and $229 w/o contract is real.

Free WITH NEW CONTRACT, I can believe, but the $229 deal is not real. Don't delude yourself into thinking you'll get it for that price WITH NO CONTRACT EXTENSION. It's a PRICE ERROR.

I ordered one for yucks and chuckles but my order (like most all others) now says "Customer Attention Required." The only ones that don't have that are those who are not in a current contract.

Why do you think they asked for the last 4 of your SSN and your cell number? It clearly says "in order to UPGRADE your line." No way jose.

Hey, my other cousin works for the city of New York. He has a large bridge up for sale cheap. It connects Brooklyn and Manhattan.
