i wish htc did evo commercials

i don't ever post, so i apologize for this useless rant.

am i the only person who just about drools every time htc makes a commercial? there's something about the sound of the music and the sliding between images that gets me every time. i considered buying an hd2 b/c of these commercials (but have had sprint for so long plus wasn't interested in winmo). the htc aria commercials even interest me and aria isn't even a feature phone.

but the sprint commercials are boring. i haven't seen any ads for this phone that make me say wow. obviously, owning the phone says otherwise and is probably the contributor to this rant.

I feel ya. Sprint isn't really diving into advertising EVO, and maybe that's cause they can't keep them in stock right now. Hopefully HTC gets their act together and makes plenty of phones and then Sprint or HTC really dives into pushing this great product.

I think sprint is advertising better than what they did with the pre, i see Evo on most sites being advertise via flash banners, on channels such as FOX, NBC, ESPN, movie theaters, Gaming Magazines Bestbuy, etc and i think this is the reason why they are snapped up so fast.

Verizon is seriously promoting android with the Droid marketing and i love to see their commercials

however i also love sprint/best buy commercial

However don't be a fail like microsoft and kin

Kin was a great idea with poor execution

this could be a great idea if they execute it correctly

List all the features the Evo has when comparing it to the phones like they do in the commercials

Not only would it be more amusing but it will be a lot more effective

but the best buy evo commercials are much better than the boring "first' comercial sprint shows

I think a Sprint EVO phone commercial should focus on Video calling over 4G.

It seems like a no brainer. IE, you dont have to be home to make video calls, thanks to our powerful 4G.

What do you mean by that? "isn't even", to me, sounds like you think it's less than a feature phone. It's running Android 2.1 with HTC Sense. It's a lot more than just a feature phone.

Maybe you need to pay more attention to HTC's commercials

Yeah, it is a bit frustrating seeing various incarnations of "does your phone do/have [task/feature/app]?" from different manufacturers & carriers and answering "yes" every single time, but not seeing a commercial for MY phone that says it does that.

The "First" concept was good, but the execution left much to be desired. Also, at some point "First" becomes "Old".

I enjoy the Moto Droid commercials.....All futuristic and stuff and basically says, look at all the sh.t this thing can do!

I still thing the worst line in the EVO commercials I have seen is the when that says it is 4G and plays well with 3G. WTF? Did they think people will run out and by an EVO based on this line. WTF does that even mean. lol

Personally I think this commerical is cute... Maybe it's because I'm a good... lol. Who wants to flaunt the phone neway??? I like it when someone thinks they bought a better phone then mine... than it's too late to exchange their's and they are droooolliinnggg over mine!!!!
