Help Contact Sync ... where are my photos??

Hey everyone. I have a T-Mobile G1 running firmware 1.6 Donut.

No matter how many times I sync up my Google Contacts with the phone, only a few of the photos come through. As a rough estimate, I've got at least 30 Google contacts with photos, and my phone only shows about 5 of them.

Anyone else have this problem?

This thread, should help. Syncing contacts - general discussion And remember that only contacts marked as "Google" will sync with your google account.

So make sure each contact is marked as "Google"

I don't know what you mean by "marked as Google."

All of my contacts sync with Google Contacts. If I add a brand new contact to my phone, and then sync, that contact is visible in Google Contacts.

The problem is that if I add a photo to someone in Google Contacts, from my computer, that photo almost never shows up in my phone when I sync. A small handful of them show up, and I can't figure out any pattern. If I set a contact image from my phone, and then sync, it always uploads properly.

I have this same problem, running Froyo on 2.1. Disappointing that such a glaring bug has not been fixed.
