The biggest two insights I've learned over the weeks are: 1. proceed with caution so you don't freeze up the phone and have to do a battery pull, or worse, so you don't fry your CPU (reports of that at the XDA forums), and

2. create profiles, at least one, which trim the speed down while the device is doing nothing, such as when it's sleeping/screen off.

My settings, settled on after a lot of trial and error: 710/710 and a sleep profile at 245/245.

Great performance while retaining good battery life (one charge per day in the evening.. higher OC settings and no profile had me charging more than once per day just to use the phone).
