I did the same as RJA, although the stores around here were sold out for several days. $16.99 for the OEM black "gel" skin. It smells like burning rubber when I charge the phone, but other than that, it's great. Nice grip, and feels like it will absorb shock if I drop the thing.

You might try calling 611 (t-mo customer service) and having them ship you one, although even they were out of stock when I last called.

Yeah, I didn't want to wait for the Hong Kong people either.

I think the early release of the phone (pushing it up by almost a week) jacked everyone up, so that there are more phones than accessories out there.

I also love the Tmobile case.

Covers up the ugly (imo) pattern on the back, adds just enough heft to the phone for it to feel more secure in my hand, and has some shock absorption properties.

if you go to samsung.com and search for the model of you phone and then go to accessories the gel ones are there i think right now they are out of stock, but they should be up any minute.

i got the t-mobile vibrant gel case. So far I like it and it looks pretty good.
