Galaxy I9000 and Outlook 2007

I have finally for Samsung Galaxy S I9000 and Kier to run together, but now there are problems with sync. Outlook 2007th My contact persons energy comes over fine but my calendar does not - with others or going this problem - and is there a solution?

I synchronized Outlook calendar with Gmail calendar, and then my Gmail calendar with my Galaxy S. Outlook calendar is synchronizing several times a day with my Gmail cal.
I would have like to avoid to go through the Gmail calendar step but I didn't find any proper solution...
I believe Kier does not support Calendar sync with Outlook.

Can you describe how you sync. Outlook with Google calendar and to the Galaxy S I9000?

Sync. you also your Outlook contacts with Gmail contacts and to Galaxy S I9000?

and if yes. is all the information you have in Outlook with a contact both multiple phone numbers mobile, homephone, work, fax, address city . be as one item on the Phone ?

I didn't try to find a solution to sync my Outlook contacts with Gmail contacts. I was used to do it manually before, for every new contacts, so I did not have to go through this step.
I googled "sync gmail contacts with outlook contacts" and I found this:

Once again, it is not something I tried.

To sync your GS calendar with your gmail calendar:
On your GS, go to settings, Account and Sync, select your gmail account in "manage accounts", check "sync calendar".

I find the phone does not update the Contacts in outlook, but outlook does update the phone. I need it to work both ways, is there a fix?
