Battery pulls

I have the X for one week... overall I like the phone.... I have to do a "battery pull" ... (like a did with my Storm 1), 3 times this week after the phone totally freezes...

does anyone else have this issue??....

Usually, if you have a phone that freezes, it's an app you may have downloaded. Not all apps play nice with all Android phones.

There have been a few reports I have seen of freezing and random reboots. It may be an app you downloaded or else you may need to see about getting a replacement phone.

I would try a hard reboot and see if that helps

I've had to do one battery pull with my X, but I narrowed the cause down to ChompSMS notifications not playing nice with LP I believe. Once I straightened out some notification settings I never had another problem.

I have had it freeze occasionally. Usually I am trying to do too much at once. Every time I just hit the power button on top to black the screen then again to bring it back and everything is fine.

Not a power/boot cycle, but just put it in standby mode then bring it back and its at the home screen with no problem.

I had one day where it locked up nearly 10 times. I strongly suspect it was something not playing right with Launcher Pro Plus. Since uninstalling LPP, this particular problem has gone away.

9 days, no battery pulls, one soft reboot from a freeze. I generally soft reboot once a day for the hell of it.

Only two pulls hoping to fix what I thought was quick battery drain. no help

You need a lot more than 2 pulls to drain your battery.

I have iheart radio, with no issues as far as freezes, or reboots.

When i did experience a freeze, i waited a few mind and got a notice that the program i was using was booty and it gave me the option to shut it down. Don't know if this happens for all freezes or what, but maybe a battery pull isn't always necessary. Just a thought.

Booty always affects my battery's life.

I suppose battery life is directly related to the strength of the booty. If the booty is severe, then i suppose i would reccomend pulling out.

I've had to do it twice so far. It would freeze up at seemingly random times, and holding the power button will do nothing.
