Sorry for another battery thread, but can someone please post a link to the HTC 1500 mAh battery that will completely fit the Incredible? I ran across a product review where someone said that their battery cover wouldn't close all of the way; I also saw someone post that they had issues on here too. What makes me skeptical is that numerous people have posted about getting one of the HTC 1500 mAh batteries with no mention of size issues. The reason I'm asking is because there are different 1500 mAh batteries out there, and I'd rather not screw up and buy the wrong one.

This will work in a variety of HTC phones like the Touch Pro 2, Imagio, Eris AND the Incredible. I have a Touch Pro 2 and an Incredible and currently have it in my Incredible right now!

I have the same exact set up and even posted pics of the same two batteries being measured with dial calipers. 20 thousands bigger will not cause issues with the battery door. In fact it takes the squeak out of it if you ask me.

I hear ya bro! Mine is a little snug but it closes without problem and works great!
I also have a Seidio 1750 mAh battery that I carry around also for when I kill my battery and can't charge it immediately (bike riding, camping, etc.)

+1 in fact when pressing on certain parts of the back it creeks (dont know if its my back, but the battery adds like no increase in size)

I see a sizable difference in the Incredible. The leaked OTA helped the stock battery a lot so I haven't needed the TP2 battery much but I keep it on charge still for when I do.

Look around and you might find it cheaper. Some were saying around $15.00.

Edit, here is the exact battery I have which is the TP2 original. All numbers match my battery.

Buy.com $21.00 http://www.buy.com/prod/htc-imagio-standard-1500mah-lithium-battery-a-stock/q/loc/111/215978245.html

I used my part number 35H00123-03M to find it.

The only issue I see is if the back casing or battery door were to cure to fast or too slow allowing it to shrink in the tiny little threshold allowed and then - you have what I have - a case that doesnt really close all the way on the back when the 1500 battery is in...

I am experiencing this and only this with the 1500 HTC OEM battery.
