I've had a quick bash, tried a couple of RPGs like Final Fantasy and Vagrant Story. Seem to run fine so far.

I found it to be seriously sluggish at times, so I got rid of Lee's Froyo 2.2 + sense and simply went stock froyo and it's running a LOT smoother now

I'm about 3 hours in to FF7.

once I have purchased this is there a way to download it past the "Authorizing" stage? it seems a lot of people are having this issue....

Remember you need a credit card, debit cards are not yet supported.

not yet or no longer? I've purchased apps from the market using my debit card in the past. I'm not using my Credit card for casual purchases - ever. Saw far too many friends get themselves in far too much debt over useless and pointless items. It's a slippery slope - and I'm the type that finds it hard not to spend at the best of times!

My debit card never worked, only my (Dad's!) credit card. It was a Visa, and it processed fine.

Where/How do you get the games from 'Droid Emulators? Do you need the originals like with the Quake 2 app?

Legally you are supposed to own the originals.

I use CoolROM.com - ROMs and Emulators - SNES ROMs NES ROMs N64 ROMs MAME ROMs GBA ROMs NDS ROMs

been messing with my phone all morning and evening, put a new rom on it, and planning to customise it to hell over the next couple of weeks. Got the apk on the phone and will install it shortly I expect.

Here's hoping he goes for the (vastly superior!!) Saturn emulator next.....

google it. Its an alternative market place. I'm trying it now. Cancelled my Android market purchase and refunded.

yep managed to get it thru slideme. Also got hold of FF Origins and that works a treat.

Me too. had to use amazon. When it tried to verify my card for Visa, The santander robot called me up and asked me to verify loads of card payments. Dull.

what screen refresh rate is everybody using? im using this rom [ROM][23/07] ۵.NeoPhyTe ROM 1.2 Sense-FroYo - ( FRF91 l Fast l 720p | 2.06 | AP2SD ) - xda-developers and just cant seem to get it right
