Ok so... first droid had an imperfection on the glass screen that caused a black spot (prolly 3-4 pixels big) on a white background in which I could not fix because it was part of the glass. Second droid had dust infiltrating on the sides leading to a distraction when viewing the screen. Now, my third droid has such a loose battery cover that it comes off in my pocket a lot. Am I too picky or do I just have bad luck? Really don't want to go to the verizon store AGAIN for a loose battery cover but I think that is a legitmate problem, and btw I have tried a different battery cover and that isn't the problem, it must be what the cover hooks onto inside the phone that is causing it to be loose.

If you 'tweaked' the little hooks either in or out just a bit it will then hold in place. Easy fix..

Regarding the phone overall, I love it WITH ONE caveat. I think the antenna for the phone is not that good. In some areas where I had decent reception with my Palm Centro I am having reception issues with the Droid. This is not good... I spend a lot of time on the phone (business) in this area.. I love the other features .. darn..

Other than this, I really love the device.. Maybe another android phone has a better antenna?

If you 'tweaked' the little hooks either in or out just a bit it will then hold in place. Easy fix..

Regarding the phone overall, I love it WITH ONE caveat. I think the antenna for the phone is not that good.
