Help what folders do i really need?

hi everyone
since i got my galaxy i had 1.5 and i have installed tons of apps there
moved to 1.6 jc4 and installed more stuff and uninstalled most of it too
then galaxo 1.6 1.6.1 1.6.2 1.6.3.3 gaosp and now i'm with 2.2 nightly

in the internal sd i have lots of folders that i dont know what to do with them.
which ones can i delete? i dont mind even to delete all and flash 2.2 again

but if i delete the folders could i go back to 1.6.3.3 or 2.1 nandroid backup?

Well, you can probably delete most of this stuff. There's a Nandroid folder for nand backups. Also don't delete the rectools file, it's used by the recovery.

so i basicly, i can delet all exept for the recovery and the firmware/any rom and flash my phone again?
