Help F'in Launcher Pro messed my crap up, HELP!!!

I dont knwo what the hell happened but my phone suddenly started reseting its self while on luancher pro and everything changed on it and it kept saying stopped working unexpectedly. I decided to delete the launcher from the phone and intended to download it again but now the phone keeps saying "The application HTC Sense (process com.htclauncher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." then a big button saying force close to push. I keep pushing and it keeps coming back up and I cant do a single thing about it???

What do I do people?? I cant access anything in the phone not even to reset it.

Yes i have tunred it off and on I even tried taking out the memory card to see maybe somehting on there was making it crash but nothing.....

Hard reset the device. Shutoff the phone then hold volume down and then the power button. Think that's how it's done.

Just to add to that, I'm running launcher pro and have not had any issues nor have heard anyone else with this issue.

Which do I chose, Fastboot, recovery,clearstorage, simcard, hboot usb?

IMthinking recovery put just want to make sure?

I had the exact same behavior after the last OTA update. Had to factory reset and set everything up from scratch.
