Root updating apps failing since adding Froyo

Was wondering if anyone else is getting this problem. Since adding leedroids Rom of Froyo certain apps no longer update. I get a red triangle and a message saying installation unsuccessful. I then have to uninstall the app and re download from marketplace.
Don't know if when the apps are moved using a2sd or a2sd+ its causing huge error.

Any ideas?

That could be possible, as some apps only work properly when kept in phone memory 3g watchdog & battery life widgets only work if the app is kept on the phone.
