What do you use to make a voice call or video call?

I've been using Nimbuzz and fring to make a voice call but fring does not support skype anymore and Nimbuzz somehow mutes itself.
I wonder what other BH2 users use to make a voice or video call.
If would be really helpful if someone can let me know.
I'm in a long-distance(9000km) relationship and it would be really helpful.

Isn't sipdroid more for a phone calling rather than a messenger voice call?
I use google voice to call overseas, but I was hoping to find a android app or service that would let me do the voice chat or possibly video chat with my girlfriend who's also using an android phone.
