i believe google has their own checkout thingy like paypal but NOT paypal. and no, there is NO way to just get it added to your bill. you have to link a credit card to it or something. i have never bought an app so i am not COMPLETELY sure but from what i have read and can gather, thats how it works
im suprised carriers are willing to go with this. if in the first month i dl $300 in apps and then stiff for the bill... they are basically fronting you the money for it.

how is it any different than not paying your monthly phone bill? Or buying things on your credit card. Or getting a mortgage! You are under an obligation to pay, and they will get the bailiffs round, and turn your credit rating to crud if you don't
