What Is The Best Battery Meter On The Market Place?

I want to finally get one but im not sure what is best.

It's too bad that even on the Evo with its high(er) resolution 480x800 screen, there is practically no space for stuff in the status bar because they insist on having an icon for gps, bluetooth, 3G, the alarm....

Well I think its important to have those icons in the status bar. How else would you know they're on?

Im also using battery indicator, but im wondering the affect such apps have on the battery life.

I would prefer if I could disable the GPS and the Alarm icons -- I already know the alarms are set on my phone, and as for GPS, it actually only turns on when requested, so there is no reason for the target symbol there to show that it is "enabled" but not operating. Two icons alone is a tremendous amount of valuable space.

I use Battery Status Pro (free). It has the icon in the status bar that is green when fully charged then will turn red at whatever threshold you choose.

I use Battery Status Pro too. It's 100% accurate too.

I am trying battery left now. You have to calibrate it so that is what I am doing. Once that is done I will find out how well it works.
