Any Way to Watch Hulu?

Hi - Newbie here. Thanks to info on this website (YAY!) I was able to install Android 2.2 and Falsh Player 10.

OK, so I've got Froyo and Flash Player 10.1 but what can I do with them? None of the Flash sites that I use actually work.

Hulu doesn't work - yes I have my AUString set to desktop not mobile.

MLB Live pitch by pitch (the free one with the animated batter showing pitch location) doesn't work either! The mobile version works but it isn't nearly as good as the flash player version.

Anybody know how to make Hulu work or any other cool flash player web sites? I'm not into games at all. No reason to watch little bits of movies or tv shows either. I do have TV.com but that only shows one of the TV networks.

I'm watching Family Guy on Fox.com right now....

Hulu won't work, they actually block it for our platform, so i no longer go to their site, until they stop it.
I tried that. Playback was terrible, all herky jerky. Apparently 3G can't stream fast enough. Not much better on wifi. I think the site needs to be optimized for android to work well. Tv.com looks fine.

What kind of phone do you have? Flash is very cpu intensive, and even my 1ghz Evo has trouble with some flash sites. That combined with a slow 3g service will give you the jerky results you have.

Also, have you tried a different browser like Skyfire or Dolphin Browser?

As stated, the evil Hulu people have blocked it on mobile platforms. The only workaround is to get a remote desktop app for your computer, login to your computer from the phone, and login to hulu on the computer. This obviously doesnt work very well, but its something if you really need to watch it.

can you recommend a good remote desktop app? are there any free ones? (not for watching hulu, so a bit of tangent in that way)

Hulu is a U.S.-only service at this time. Unfortunately, we don't have international streaming rights for our content. Our intention is to make Hulu's growing content lineup available worldwide as quickly as possible. This requires working with the content owners to clear the rights for each show or film in each specific region. It's a long-term project. We don't have a definite timeline, but we'll continue to work to make it happen.
