I'm having the same issues with mine and it's really pissing me off. I upgraded from an iPhone 3G so I'm used to phones not responding fast enough, but I definitely didn't expect it from this phone. If I swap it at the store for a new one, is there some specific phone identifier to look for ? Or am I just going to have to hope that the new one won't have the same problems ?

Exchanged for a new phone today, not choppy yet but same crappy battery issues, seriously thinking of taking back again and demanding an iphone4

ummm im pretty sure youve heard of draining the battery 3 or 4 full times before you see any improvement correct? these batterys have to be broken in, but if you want it get the i4, just dont drop it unless you want a shattered phone
